Are dogs allowed at your brewery?

The simple answer is yes. Dogs are allowed on the patio at the Brewery. We technically are a restaurant holding a license for food and governed by the Winnebago Health Department. That being said, dogs are not allowed inside where food is being served. The Health Department also considers "Ice" food and we served mixed drinks. So you can bring your dog but please keep them outside as much as possible. We realize you may need to refill your beer or you dog may need to cool down on a hot day or warm up on a cold day but we certainly cannot operate as a doggie playground indoors. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you serve food at your brewery?

Yes we do serve food. We have Village Pub Pizzas which are made here in Oshkosh. We also offer pizza rolls, have fresh Cheese Curds delivered from Dupont Cheese every Thursday. We also have beef sticks from Becks Meats locally and bags of chips and snacks. Popcorn is free at the brewery and we always encourage carry ins or deliveries of food to enhance your craft beer experience.

Do you allow private parties?

Yes, private parties are allowed depending schedule. Small parties we have a minimum bar bill if you want to reserve some tables, and the purchases can be open bar style or guests pay as they go. We typically do not close for a private party unless its very large, we know the people or the cause, and then there is much larger minimum bar tab to have the entire facility. Dog Daze is our flagship IPA. It’s a model of the American-style, bursting with hop flavor and aroma. No haze, no gimmicks, just a delicious beer brewed to satisfy an adult’s palate.

Amber Ale
Red Ale – American Amber / Red
5.5% ABV – 26 IBU

Amber Ale was the first beer we produced and it’s still one of our favorites. A classic, craft Ale with a fresh malt flavor balanced by just the right amount of hops. The sort of beer that reminds you why you got into beer in the first place.

Oshkosh Lager
American Light Lager
4.2% ABV – 12 IBU

Oshkosh Lager is crisp, refreshing, and brewed in the same style as the classic, pale lagers that made Oshkosh famous for its beer. This smooth, easy drinking lager will appeal to anyone who still loves the taste of a real beer.

Juicy, lush, and delectable. Who says an IPA has to leave a bitter taste in your mouth? Our hazy presents a wave of sweet-citrus hop flavor and a creamy, smooth texture. Take this dog for a walk before you make up your mind about hoppy beers.

Blue Nose
Fruit Wheat Beer

From our Unleashed Series comes this tasteful ale inspired by Finn – the Blue Nose Pitbull who makes his home with Dan and Patti, owners of Bare Bones Brewery. Blue Nose is an American Wheat Ale glowing with the aroma and flavor of fresh Blueberry. A quaffable, crushable, beer for any time of year.

Here’s a thirst quencher from our Unleashed Series. Chiquita Limon Cervesa is an American-style lager with an added twist of Key Lime and Sea Salt to keep things interesting. Just the thing for the end of your ride, at the golf course, or anytime you need a crisp, refreshing beer.

Yup, we make hard seltzer, too. But we do it the Bare Bones way. White Paw is unfiltered, and made entirely from natural and Gluten-Free ingredients for an authentic flavor all its own. It’s hard seltzer that tastes like it was made in a craft brewery instead of a factory.
